Ingredients:

- Amino Mantra Smoky BBQ Plant Patties                4 patties

- Fresh Avocado, sliced                     1                                             

- Red Onion, sliced                            1                          

- Mesclun Salad                                 100gms

- Cucumber, sliced                             1

- Cherry Tomatoes, halves                 1 punnet

- Sunflower Seeds, toasted                2 tbsp

- Alfa-alfa sprouts                               25gms

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)          ½ tsp

- Lemon wedge (optional)                  4

- Salt & Pepper                                   to taste

Method:

  1. On a medium hot fry-pan, sear Amino Mantra Smoky BBQ plant patties for 2-3 minutes each side till golden brown & crisp. Serve it on a plate.
  2. Top it up with Avocado, Red Onion, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes and Mesclun salad. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Garnish with Alfa-alfa sprouts, Sunflower seeds and drizzle EVOO. Enjoy the easy brunch with your loved ones on a weekend!
