Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments powered by Stripe.

Your Privacy
Your debit/credit card details will only be used to process your payment and are not stored or saved. We will only use your telephone number to contact you in case there is a problem with your order. We will not share your details with any unauthorized third parties.

Order Processing Time

We are able to process orders during the weekdays only. Orders placed on Thursdays after 2pm will be processed on Monday for overnight delivery on Tuesday. We are not able to process orders on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery instruction
  • The orders will be delivered during the working hours on weekdays. So if you like to receive your order at your workplace, please provide your work address.
  • If you live in an apartment with a locked gate/access code or a house with multiple units, please provide clear instructions on how courier can deliver the products to you. For example: "The last house at the end of the driveway" or "The 2nd house on the left".  If there is an intercom, please provide the number. 

Delivery Location and Time  
We are delivering only in Auckland at this stage. We don't ship to rural areas, islands, PO Box and Private Bag. Your orders will be delivered in 2 business days from Tuesday to Friday via Courier Post overnight delivery service. Sorry, we don’t do deliveries on Mondays, weekends and public holidays.

 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched & you will receive its tracking number via email and SMS.  

Chilled Packing
Plant patties that you order are wrapped in insulated foil along with ice gel pack to keep them chilled & happy. Please put the plant patties in the fridge once you get the delivery if you don’t plan to consume them straightaway.

Returns and Refunds policy
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase i.e. Shopify order confirmation.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unopen and in its original condition.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.

If these requirements are not satisfied, Amino Mantra reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.

Change and Cancellation 
We are happy to change or cancel any purchases before 1pm that day. It's best to give us a call/text on 02108771302 or email us at hello@aminomantra.co.nz with your details to change or cancel your order.
