Order cut-off day is every Monday 5pm. We would be dispatching orders only on Tuesday every week. Any order placed after Tuesday 9pm would be collected with orders from the remaining week and dispatched on Tuesday of the following week.
Once your parcel is dispatched, Amino Mantra is constantly in touch with our delivery partner to ensure that delivery standards are maintained as much as possible. However due to certain limitations at our end, we are unable to change or speed up the delivery of your order.
We are delivering only in Urban areas nation-wide. Your orders will be delivered on Tuesdays to Fridays via Post Haste overnight delivery service. Sorry, we don’t do deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
**We DO NOT ship to Rural Delivery (RD) areas, Islands, PO Boxes and Private Bags.** If you still place an order for RD area delivery and the order is dispatched, we are unable to guarantee delivery time due to significant delays in courier delivery network and will not take liability of the lost.You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched & you will receive updates via email.
Order Processing Time
We are able to process orders during the weekdays only. Orders will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on between Tuesdays and Fridays only.
The orders will be delivered during the working hours between Tuesdays and Fridays only. So if you like to receive your order at your workplace, please provide your work address.
If you live in an apartment with a locked gate/access code or a house with multiple units, please provide clear instructions on how we can deliver the products to you. For example: "The last house at the end of the driveway" or "The 2nd house on the left". If there is an intercom, please provide the number.
Delivery Fee, Location and Time
We use Express Delivery Service, Nationwide.
Auckland - FREE SHIPPING on orders of $30+ or $3.50 Delivery fee on orders less than $30
North Island - FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50+ or $7.50 Delivery Fee on orders of less than $50
South Island - FREE SHIPPING on orders of $80+ or $10 Delivery Fee on orders of less than $80
Inaccessibility or Incorrect Address or Re-directing your order
We can sometimes experience difficulties in delivering to apartments or gated areas because:
1) there is no safe place to leave deliveries when no one is home;
2) some apartments are security coded and access to these buildings is difficult.
If it is too difficult to deliver at home address then consider sending the delivery to a work address.
Inception Culinary Limited t/a Amino Mantra is not liable for any delay/loss/ damage/theft of your online order if the address that you provide is not safe for leaving the parcel without personally handing over or is inaccessible or incorrect.
Re-direction charges will apply if the order has to return to that address again to re-deliver the order.
Chilled PackingPlant patties that you order are wrapped reusable in insulated foil along with reusable ice gel pack and packed in recyclable Tempguard insulated wrap and cardboard box to keep them chilled & happy. Please put the plant patties in the fridge once you get the delivery if you don’t plan to consume them straightaway.
Returns and Refunds policy
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase i.e. Shopify order confirmation.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unopen and in its original condition.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.
- Due to significant delays in delivering orders by Post Haste, we will not be considering returns/refunds for the orders that were dispatched on time from our end but delayed in transit.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Amino Mantra reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.

Change and Cancellation
We are happy to look into changes or cancellation on case by case basis. It's best to give us a call/text on 02108771302 or email us at email@example.com with your details to change or cancel your order. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have been processed and dispatched or delivery is in transit.
