As our in-house technical guru, Trang brings her passion for zero-waste and innovation to product development and quality assurance. Armed with her PhD in Food Science from Auckland University, she focuses on key aspects - nutrition, allergens, digestibility and packaging. Trang specialises in food processing which has shaped Amino Mantra ethos of minimally processing the ingredients to stay true to their nature. In her past career, Trang has worked with multinational FMCG companies which helped her to apply those skills while building Amino Mantra. Drawing from her Vietnamese roots, she brings her understanding of Asian palates and flavour profiles when we are working on developing new products.
Pritesh started out in Italian and French fine-dining kitchens before trying his hand at Mexican, Indian, Pan-Asian and Bakery. Having worked for more than a decade in the professional kitchen, he moved onto the insurance, finance and accounting industry. With past culinary knowledge, he is skilled at combining textures, bold flavours and minimally processed ingredients to create quick to cook meals. Pritesh manages customer service, sales, finance, strategy and he is overall jack of all trades. You will often see Pritesh at in-store tastings and farmers’ markets passionately talking about Amino Mantra.
